This one was created for a T-shit. The original drawing was a pencil sketch of Dick Cheney. It’s not really menacing enough for this message, but then I’m going for humor so that makes a difference.
There are additional details on the T-shirt, based on my Text Messages From Hell series, so be sure to check the shirt, too!

I do caricatures of people from time to time, and I do drawings and cartoons of cats. So why not combine the two? Are you a cat person, too?
This is Bob… or Bob-cat. My first ever cat man. But I thought other people who love cats would like to be cat people too, so I will do these drawings for anyone who wants to show how they feel. Just contact me and we’ll discuss it!

Get a ZOMBIE JERRY T-Shirt for only $9.99!
He’s unstoppable. Zombie Jerry’s only weakness is the power of logical thinking. But he seldom finds any among his followers. The mirror of truth saps his strength, though, so you can save yourself by getting the Zombie Jerry t-shirt, and wearing it.
Zombie Jerry Falwell appears in your dreams, sucking the life out of you. He lurks in the shadows. His evil soul waits to possess the unwary. You can’t hide from Zombie Jerry. He’s the creepiest monster, ever. The horror! The only thing that can save you from this evil monster: Learn to possess the power of reason and logic! The power of truth destroys his evil. Save yourselves…
Side bit of TRUTH: I don’t think we should whitewash people’s lives just because they are dead. Nobody wants to lionize Hitler just because he’s dead. Ditto for Stalin. And none of those who protest critical words and images of Falwell will be saying “nice things” about Osama Bin Laden when HE dies (nor should they) and they won’t just keep their mouths shut, either. So the “only say good things” people are hypocrites. Unintentionally so, perhaps: I can understand where a well-meaning person might have a knee-jerk reaction that says, “we shouldn’t speak ill of the dead”…but when a really bad guy dies, they won’t stick to it. So let’s just stick with honesty, instead, and can the phony sensitivity.
In person, Jerry was very likable. You almost feel forced to like him, with his infectious smile and smooth, joking manner. Talk about charisma! Of course, this is also the quintessential description of a sociopath…
Back to the painting for a moment: It was more of a portrait, really. In fact, the painting is 24″ x 30″ and is in my personal collection. It’s funnier now, though. The death colors reflect Jerry’s real personality.
Jerry Falwell was always part of the Undead, even when he was alive. It’s just that now he’s really into it. Whatever else you take away from this screed, remember that he is never really gone -and he will get you, if you don’t watch out. Protect yourself with the Zombie Jerry T-shirt, only $9.99 for the next few days. He can’t stand his own image…
Jerry Falwell Facts:
Jerry Falwell called the Civil Rights Movement the Civil Wrongs Movement. Jerry claimed that God had ordained segregation. (source)
Jerry Falwell tried to use his church to help fund the white supremacist government of South Africa prior to its collapse.
Whether you like the Clintons or hate them, you should be opposed to lying, right, especially if you are a Christian? But Jerry Falwell promoted and circulated a fake “documentary” claiming, among other things, the Clintons murdered people. The information was completely false - just made-up BS stories, and Jerry had to know this. But he did it anyway and used it as a fund raising tool. He made money off a known lie. (source).
Jerry Falwell said gays and women who want to have rights were responsible for 9/11.
Jerry Falwell preached or claimed to preach Jesus, but he lived like a god and flew around in private jets, with servants attending his every need. He was also the most prominent and effective of the love-hate preachers. That is, ones who insist that they are preaching the love of God but their actions look more lik the hate of God. He poisoned first Virginia then the rest of America.
Jerry Falwell said hurricane Katrina was caused by abortion. There is an important historical note here: Katrina was NOT the biggest killer storm in US history. The most destructive hurricane EVER was the Galveston Hurricane of 1900 (they didn’t name them back then). The 1900 Storm completely destroyed the city of Galveston, Texas. The storm surge killed over 5,000 people including the entire population of a Christian orphanage (don’t take my word, Google it!).
I once asked Jerry what horrible sin the orphans had committed for God to kill them. Perhaps they were all gay?
Jerry didn’t answer me, he just laughed.
If that’s anyone’s idea of a good Christian, I guess I have no understanding of spirituality.
But people say nice things about him anyway. I’ve lost all respect for Franklin Graham after he lionized Falwell and called him a great Christian. The above points prove beyond a shadow of doubt that Jerry Falwell was anything BUT a great Christian. He was charismatic, cynical and manipulative to the Nth degree - but a GOOD CHRISTIAN?????? Gimme a break.
All you have to do is make a side-by-side comparison of Mr. Rogers and Jerry Falwell. One of them is exactly what a true Christian should be, the other is a charismatic Pharisee who has more in common with the ant-Christ than Jesus. If you can’t figure out which is which, get mental help immediately.
To Franklin Graham and all the others who were fooled by Jerry Falwell’s phony piety I say: Look at the facts, open your eyes, and stop being naive. A more accurate example of the true legacy of Jerry Falwell is Falwell’s disciple, who brought bombs to Jerry’s funeral, intending to kill any protesters. That’s the kind of Christianity Jerry Falwell really inspired. Falwell’s pollution of American Christianity will haunt it for generations to come.

I’ve done several President Bush caricatures, and I wanted to do this for a shirt because I liked it. The shirt is perfect for your boss…

Commander Guy t-shirt only $9.99
The president says, “I’m a commander guy” although it was often quoted as “I’m the commander guy,” making it seem a bit more illiterate.
Actual quote:
“By the way, in the report it said, it is — the government may have to put in more troops to be able to get to that position. And that’s what we do. We put in more troops to get to a position where we can be in some other place. The question is, who ought to make that decision? The Congress or the commanders? And as you know, my position is clear — I’m a commander guy.” (source)
Now, “I’m THE commander guy” is funnier, and I wanted to use it - but that wouldn’t be fair. It would certainly fit-in better with the famous, “I’m the decider” though, wouldn’t it? It would also fit with the latest meme floating around, about a wild-eyed President Bush thumping his chest while shouting “I’m the President!” (source) (source)
I seem to have a problem with all the caricatures of George in that I end up making them a bit too realistic and not so much cartoon-like. I don’t know why. My best “toon” style George Bush appeared in my Bush vs Pelosi cartoon..well, in my opinion anyway. But this one wasn’t bad - it has a nice lateral distortion. I finally settled on this one because it has a certain understated off-kilter look. Caricatures are supposed to be at least a LITTLE funny, after all!
I’ll keep working on it.
Hopefully, we can all just get along…
