One of my favorite spots to sit … it’s a gravel boat launch ramp at the lower end of the Nestucca River just Southwest of Pacific City.
Painting: Nestucca River and Bay
Pacific City, Oregon
9 inches by 12 inches
oil on gessoed hardboard
I think I’m going to be going back to doing more oil paintings even though they take forever to dry, and thus have to be held for … well, months. But sometimes it is worth it.
